Our Business Name is Papers Past. Mr. Ian Willsher runs the business as a Sole Trader and he can be contacted directly by Email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by Post at Papers Past, 7 Chapel Row, Truro, TR1 2EA.
The purpose of this policy is to explain to you how we control, process, handle and protect your personal information while you are using our website, including your rights under current laws and regulations.

When you initially contact us about the availability of a certain newspaper we ask you for your name and email address so that we can reply to you. If you choose to order from us we ask you for your delivery name and address so that we can despatch your order. If you ask us to send the order to a third party then we ask for their name and address so that we can send the goods directly to them. We do not ask for your debit or credit card information when you order from us. Instead,we send your encrypted email address direct to our Payment Processor "Worldpay" who contact you directly for you to pay on their secure site and then they advise you and us when you have paid.
All of the information you give us will be stored on our secure servers.
After dealing with your enquiry and any subsequent order we will not recontact you for marketing purposes. We do not share your information with any other third party for marketing purposes. After twelve months we will remove your details from our database.
Data Protection legislation gives you rights when it comes to the processing of your information. These rights include your right to access your information to update or delete it, to update incorrect information, to restrict processing your information or to object to its processing.
